Inquiries of our customers contain today normally a lot of details, specifications, drawings and data files, relevant for preparing of quotes or not relevant as well. We carefully analyse all this material. Our services belonging to the preparing of quotes:

• careful analysis of all supporting documents and data
• if necessary: queries until complete clear up
• mostly: import and analysis of GERBER/NC-data
• mostly: generation of .pdf documents for an inquiry to the producer
• if necessary: creation of assembly panel drawings
• if necessary: creation of specifications (English) for the producer
• preselection of (one or more) suitable PCB-producer(s)
• price calculation using our PCB partner’s formulas - or:
• inquiry to the PCB-partner(s) in a standardized form for quick response
• elaboration of a quotation to the customer with detailed PCB-specs, graduated prices, delivery times, terms of delivery and payment etc.

this elaborate process ensures:

• correct, error free quotes – no recalculation necessary after receiving assignment
• definite specs
• short response periods

These quotes we elaborate – of course – computer based and database driven, mostly in 2 languages (English and customer’s language). In our system we store actually (2010) about 4.500 quotes. Quick retrieval is guaranteed, for similar PCBs, too.
